Topshop Lipstick in Beguiled

If you've seen my last blog post "fall beauty wishes" you will have seen that i am currently smitten by berry shades. Be it in a lipstick or a blush I'm obsessed. This Sunday me and my mum decided to treat yourselves and ventured to Oxford Street for a little splurge, now if your familar with the Topshop on London's Oxford street you will know about just how massive it is. There are 5 floors, with one dedicated solely to their beauty products *drools*. I personally have never owned one of their lipsticks but have heard nothing but good things so i let myself fall in love with this beautiful berry shade "beguiled".
I personally wouldn't have thought in a million years that i could have pulled off a berry shade in a million years but i was pleasantly surprised! It seems berry lipstick is actually rather well suited to my complexion. I think this particular shade is super flattering, the deep purple and berry red tones mix perfectly to create the warm wine colour that is "beguiled". The only thing that worried me when buying this was that it's matte. I don't actually like lip colours with shimmer but i do however suffer with extremely dry lips so i was worried that this would just dry them out even more. But yet again Topshop surprised me! The lipstick has a creamy texture that leaves your lips hydrated just as long as the lipstick stays on, which i can assure you will be all day. In fact i found the colour hard to remove which is great, no more touch ups. I even applied a swatch to my hand that was still there after various hand washes and squirts of hand gel.
Im so so impressed with this lipstick, its definatley my favorite and compared to say mac (who's lipsticks im not too keen on) they are double the quality for half the price at £8, not too expensive for something that will last so long and be used so often.

Do you recommend any topshop shades i can try? I'm looking for excuses to buy more of these beauty's.
