May Favourites 2013

There's actually been a lot of things I've been loving this month and I've had to edit it down a bit. I'm going to show you some of my beauty fave's and some completely random one's too, so lets get started!

 

Beauty Favourites

The first product in the picture I have been loving this month is the 'MUA 3 in 1 contour pen' it's perfect for creating that perfect under-eye shadow look which Is something I cannot do at all! So if your struggling not to look like you have a black eye, definitely give this pen a try!

Second is the 'Collection pressed powder' I've actually mentioned this in my last post along with the contour pen so if you thought you were having dejavu that's why!

I brought this powder in my quest for a shine free face and I think I've finally found what I needed! Along with the collection all day matt foundation, this powder gives a flawless, shine free face all day! I'm in love.

Another thing I've been really into this may is a little bit weird. Make-up sponges. I actually brought a big bag of these for nail art (ombre nails in particular) but I used one on a whim and I was actually pleasantly surprised! I stayed oil free much longer than usual (before I discovered the powder) and I think that's because I usually use my hands to blend my make-up but obviously a sponge contains no oils to transfer to my face.

Last but not least are two creams I have been loving for a while now. The first is the 'young skin matt finish moisturiser' Now I actually had higher expectation's for this product but I've put it down to just not suiting my skin. I brought this moisturiser after hearing so many people say it had kept their face matt through out the day but for me it didn't work. However I love using this when I cant be bothered to do my whole make-up but still want a shine free face. Although for a pound its definitely worth seeing if it works for your skin!

The second product is the 'John Fredia 3 day straight cream' this is a life saver. You just put it through your hair when its wet and blow dry it straight and there you go, straight hair for days! What more could you want? This is defiantly my favourite hair product.

If you follow me on twitter or instagram you already know how much I love Ariana Grande, and unless you've been living under a rock you've also probably heard her new single featuring Mac Miller- The Way.

It's actually been out for months now but I'm still obsessed!

 

 

Food favourite...

Oh my god, if you haven't tried the chocolate mocca frappe from mcdonalds please go out now and treat yourself to one. I'm obsessed. They're soo nice like I can't even put into words how much I love them.
