Le Volume De Chanel Mascara Reveiw

A few weeks ago I received probably the best parcel ever in the post from the wonderful people at Chanel, the "Le volume de Chanel" mascara.

It came in the most beautiful package and the mascara isn't any less stunning.

 

First of all the bottle is just so simple and classy.

I received this mascara in "10 noir" which is a deep black. I usually try to buy brown to black mascaras as I like the less harsh look it gives, however with this mascara the deeper the black the better. It gives a gorgeous defined eye with each and every lash being coated and covered. The mascara wand it's self is middle sized (not thin yet not thick) which gives the perfect mixture of length and volume. It has hundreds of bristles which is the reason for the amazing coverage and is what you might call "plastic" rather than the fibre material.

The mascara itself does not claim to be waterproof however it is more water resistant than many of mine that do. I can genuinely wear it in the shower and get out without a smudge in sight (not that I advise it).

As for clumps and crumbles it is again, flawless. I can rub my eyes copious times and have no flakes what so ever. And as for the clumps I haven't had a single one. With the brush being so full I doubt it's even capable of creating them.

 

For me Chanel has just won my heart. I am truly, madly, deeply in love with them.

However I personally didn't have to pay for my product there-for I have no comment on the price tag. Although as this is my first and only Chanel beauty product you can probably guess my thoughts on the cost but as Coco says...
